FOOD

The meals we offer are based on organic, seasonal, and 0 km ingredients.
We have always used fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly ground einkorn flour, and in general wholemeal flour. Our dishes range from Tuscan and Maremma traditions to Ayurvedic and spicy cuisine.


The menu is fixed and buffet-style, with cereals, proteins, and vegetables present at each meal to be in harmony with practices avoiding excesses of gluten, sugar, and lactose.
