Service Description
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronises movement with breath. It typically involves flowing through a series of poses, while focusing on deep breathing and mindfulness, like in a meditative dance. The benefits of vinyasa yoga include increased strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as reduced stress and improved mental clarity. Our signature style includes plenty of somatic cueing that will accompany you in a journey of soft and deeper connection with your body. Each class at Sati Bliss is infused with yoga philosophy relatable to the everyday life to let your growth continue even outside of the mat. Classes are taught in English and offer plenty of variations to meet you where you are.
